Description

Usage

Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water and drink, 3 times a day for up to 2 days. Drink plenty of additional water alongside this to help flush out the infection.

Side Effects

Mild stomach upset or nausea can occur occasionally. This product is generally very well tolerated.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is sodium citrate 4g per sachet.

Warnings

This is only for women with mild, uncomplicated cystitis symptoms, not suitable for men, children under 16, or if there's visible blood in the urine, as these need medical assessment. Avoid if you have diabetes, kidney disease, or heart problems affecting sodium intake, or if you're pregnant, without checking with a pharmacist first. See a doctor if symptoms don't improve within 2 days, or if you develop a fever or back pain.
