Usage
For travel sickness: take one tablet the night before travelling, or at least 1 to 2 hours before your journey. As a sleep aid: take one tablet 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime, for occasional use only, not every night.
Side Effects
Drowsiness is common and often lasts into the following day, so take care with early starts. Dry mouth, blurred vision and dizziness can also occur.

The active ingredient is promethazine hydrochloride 25mg.
Warnings
Don't drive or use machinery the day after taking this if you still feel drowsy. Avoid alcohol. Not recommended for regular, ongoing use as a sleep aid, this is intended for occasional short-term use only. Use with caution if you have glaucoma or difficulty passing urine.
