EMLA 5% Cream (Lidocaine / Prilocaine - PE / Procedures)

Description

Usage

For premature ejaculation: apply a small amount to the head of the penis 15 to 20 minutes before sex, then wash it off completely before intercourse, don't cover it with anything. For skin procedures: apply a thicker layer (about 1.5 to 2g per 10cm²) and cover with a dressing for at least an hour.

Side Effects

You may notice temporary pale or red skin, mild swelling, or a stinging sensation where you apply it. Serious allergic reactions are very rare, and it's unlikely to cause any whole-body effects when used as directed.

Ingredients

The active ingredients are lidocaine 25mg/g and prilocaine 25mg/g

Warnings

Always wash the cream off completely before sex to avoid numbing your partner too. Avoid this cream if you have a rare blood condition called G6PD deficiency, methaemoglobinaemia, or an allergy to local anaesthetics. Don't apply to broken skin, wounds, or the inside of the mouth, nose or vagina.
