Cinnarizine 15mg is used to prevent and treat travel sickness, and also to relieve dizziness (vertigo) caused by inner ear problems.

For a short crossing or a late decision, hyoscine. For a long drive, flight or ferry, cinnarizine taken two hours before departure, repeated every eight hours if needed.
