Description

Usage

Apply a small amount to the affected external area 2 to 3 times a day, for as long as needed to settle symptoms, typically up to 2 weeks. Wash your hands before and after applying.

Side Effects

Mild stinging, burning or irritation at the site of application can occur, particularly on first use. Allergic skin reactions are uncommon.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is clotrimazole 2% w/w.

Warnings

For external use only, this cream isn't designed to be used inside the vagina; a pessary or internal cream is needed for that. It can weaken latex condoms and diaphragms, so consider an alternative contraceptive method for a few days after use. See a doctor if this is your first time with these symptoms, or if they don't settle with treatment.
