Description

Usage

Apply a small amount to the affected area with a clean fingertip, up to every 3 hours, as needed, up to a maximum of 6 times a day. Avoid eating or drinking for a short time afterwards to let it take effect.

Side Effects

Mild local stinging on application can occur. Allergic reactions are uncommon.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is choline salicylate 8.7mg/g.

Warnings

Not suitable for children under 16, due to a rare but serious link between salicylates and Reye's syndrome in children. Avoid if you have a stomach ulcer or an aspirin/NSAID allergy. See a dentist or doctor if a mouth ulcer lasts longer than 3 weeks, as this needs checking.
