Vaccinations
Catch-up vaccinations
MMR, chickenpox, HPV and meningitis for anyone who missed them
Childhood vaccines missed, incomplete or lost to a house move and a change of surgery. Measles is circulating in the UK and Europe again, so an MMR catch-up is worth more now than it was five years ago.
Who it is for
- Adults who were not vaccinated as children, or are not sure they were
- Anyone who has never had chickenpox and lives with someone vulnerable
- People who missed the school HPV programme
- Students heading to university or a shared house
What happens on the day
- We check what you have already had, and what a full course looks like from here
- The first dose given in the same appointment where suitable
- Any further doses booked before you leave
What to bring
- Your vaccination record if you have one, or your GP's summary
- A list of your current medication
Afterwards
A written record of every dose, which you can give any employer or university
